1 large Fuji apple, peeled
1 kiwi, peeled
Cut the apples and kiwi large pieces and place them in a food processor or
blender. Cut the lemon in half and squeeze the juice of one half on top
of the fruit. Blend or process until smooth consistency high. Serve at
room temperature or chilled.
